How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We try our best to be eco-friendly, and so we email policy documents to our customers and so do not print and post policies unless requested.

Following your feedback I have spoken to our Customer Services Team and have arranged for a hard copy of your policy documents to be posted to you. You should receive an email from a Customer Services Team member confirming this, and your documents should be delivered by mail in 3 - 5 working days.
