Its a question of attitude. All insurance companies want to diminish their risk, but why buy insurance if the risk is too diminished. Don't send me anymore solicitations.

The document you sent on email doesn't have the insurance certificate. you just sent the details in email not as attachment . At embassy I was missing certificate and had to spent extra 58 pounds...

Datavalidation in application form failed with non-clear error message.

The application form could not handle swapping of persons in the second part of it, and failed with a 'Customer too old'-error in an alert-box, despite it not being the case. That design error almost...
