How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Really helpful and prompt when I made a mistake

I made a mistake with my policy dates and emailed to ask for help. Service's were prompt and really helpful and the whole mistake got corrected within a really short time. Very impressed.
