Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

In regards to your questions, I'm not sure what DROM or CTOM are, however in regard to the second question both of these elements are covered up to a limit of €5 Million.

Fast efficient service to buy, don't know about claiming though.

Fast service with exactly what I needed. All done by email, no delays. We are still away and haven't had to claim so don't know about that service.
