Voyager Insurance doesn't accept payments from MONZO bank

It's so difficult to pay you. Why is it impossible to pay on a Mastercard Debit card from UK's fastest growing bank?

Hello, We’re sorry to hear you feel you didn’t receive a positive experience on this occasion. We have accepted payments from MONZO Bank customers in the past without any problems, however we are aware that they experienced some technical problems the day before you purchased your policy so this could be a contributing factor. We have investigated this matter further with our payment provider, Sage Pay, as we wouldn’t want other MONZO customers experiencing the same problems and our system is reporting that the initial payment attempts were rejected due to inactivity and missing information required to purchase the travel insurance policy and can see there was a successful transaction once the missing information was provided. We are always striving to improve our customer experience so receiving genuine customer reviews, such as yours allows us to do this and allows us to investigate potential problems. Kind Regards

Staff very helpful once you got through on the phone!

Once you had got through to a member of staff the service was fine, but having to wait for ages in a queue was not acceptable and I did'nt want to rely on a call back as this invariably never happens!
