The porting process can be very complicated and many aspects are outside of the control of Vonage. We are reliant on the information provided by other operators and your current service provider had a fault on their system last week which delayed all ports for sevaral days. Vonage representatives do not deliberately mislead customers, they are acting on the limited information that they have at the time.
