Good Morning, we are sorry to hear about your experience booking with us and how frustrating this must have been. The day in which TT future dates are released, we receive thousands on in-bound calls which makes it difficult for the agents to get an outside line and a chance to call back. We apologise for this, unfortunately it happens each year as the ferry release future TT sailings on a set day. Our booking systems connect directly to the ferry company system which was overloaded and their systems went down in the morning for a few hours, hence why we could not book. If you have any group bookings in future for 2021 please feel free to email them in early May to travel@visitiom.co.uk as we will have someone attending the ferry booking desk and can process group bookings for you.
