This is not accurate. We responded in time (within 2 working days). The first email sent to us was on August 30th (Wednesday) and the whole issue was resolved by Monday, September 4th, that is a total of 3 working days. It seems unfair and unbalanced to go for the worst possible rating when, in fact, the experience was swift and as promised.
