i dont think it was visa's fault but i was unable to use my card in…

i dont think it was visa's fault but i was unable to use my card in cuba's atms. but the experience of dealing with the unbelievably soviet style of bank bureaucrazy was interesting

Thank you for your comments. Visa credit and debit cards are usually accepted in Cuba and should work at cash points. However, some card providers may block transactions and there are also times when the servers the banks use to process transactions cause issues. That is why it is often best to bring the amount you consider you may spend in Sterling so that you can change money freely. Having said that most people are able to draw money out.
