It saddens us to read comments like this which are not true. Because you were travelling within 3 weeks, we would only process the tourist visas as a Priority which only gives you 2 options: Office Collection and Royal Mail Special Delivery. Office Collection is obviously free and Royal Mail Special Delivery is provided at cost - it makes no financial difference to us the option taken. We then called you to advice about the Office Collection (chosen by you) but you said that you wanted the visas delivered. The admin team agreed to send them by Royal Mail Firs Class which in all honesty should arrive in 2 days but we have had plenty of problems with visas not turning up therefore this option is not offered. You are giving/explain all these options/information AFTER you agreed to our terms and BEFORE you pay. So to talk about conning is wholly unfair. Because of your comments, the Management has advised the Admin team to never ever offer First Class mail option when dealing with a Priority Application. Best regards, The Management @ VisaCuba ™
