As discussed, your visas were printed and sent out to you because you did not state your order reference in your cancellation email. However, we recognise that this was a mistake which is why we refunded you the full amount when you contacted us again. We appreciate that you offered to send the visas back to us, however, as we explained, once a visa has been issued it cannot be used by someone else which is why we do not usually offer refunds once a visa has been processed (though made an exception). We refunded the money paid to us on the same day we confirmed your refund, however, as explained in the email, this was done by BACS and may take a few days to show in your account.
