Service and website was excellent - follow up too. Not sure how I can rate the property until i've physically seen it - put good as it's logical too, as we've selected it. Perhaps question 2 should...

Excellent, friendly, helpful

I had a great first time service. The woman I spoke to was personal, yet not too informal, made me happy, and most of all, understood our requirements regarding taking a dog and not patronising.

Very friendly and approachable. It would help if Vintage could find a way to put a new renter in touch with previous occupants to check out their experiences
