I've not received my whole order so am not impressed with Victoria's Secret. I had £100 gift card to spend and 50% of the order hasn't arrived - communication poor and confusing

This was a terrible purchase. I paid for shipping and expected to receive it the next day as stated on the website. I received the package only after 7 days.
