Delivery took almost 2 weeks. Received an email almost every day telling me its delayed and to expect it within 2 days. Eventually got an email only saying 'not likely to be delivered' without offer...
Was delivered on time and they didn’t fail to keep me updated when it was dispatched go an email through all that time. No faulty with the delivery or service

The delivery came late, however I was updated via email and had a refund on the postage.
