Ordered one thong. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the packaging was completely over the top, in an enormous black plastic bag - not exactly environmentally conscious.
My order didn’t arrive for Christmas, I then got an email to say it’s gone missing and I should get a refund in 17 days. Still haven’t received my refund.
