We do spare so many thoughts for loyal customers who have not claimed. I'm sorry that you do not feel this to be true!. We spend so much time trying to keep the prices as fair as possible. The pricing structure can be very frustrating however, we do look after our customers as much as possible and I promise that the VetsMediCover staff work very hard to keep prices reasonable and their service levels excellent.
