We understand that they did have a few technical problems over the Christmas period and incorrect emails were automatically generated, however, these have now been resolved. If you should have any further queries with regards to your direct debit arrangement, please feel free to contact our customer service team in the first instance, as we may be able to assist you without the need of contacting Premium Credit.
With regards to your policy documentation, we can arrange for you to receive all correspondence by post as well as email. I will arrange for a member of our customer service team to call you and discuss this.
