I have recently made my first claim. The customer service team are great on the phone. Friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I will review again once the claim is complete.

Such a smooth registration
The registration was so smooth and easy to get through. As of yet I have not had to use the facilities for my puppy but feel very safe in their hands if anything happens to him.
