Hi, I have spoken to our claims team with regard to your review. Once we had received the fully completed claim forms on 28/11/2019 the claim was sent for assessment and settled on 04/12/2019. I am sorry that you feel that our service was poor but it is essential that we receive all information and forms correctly completed before we are able to process a claim.
