Dear Miss Taylor, I am sorry that you have not been happy with our service. We have tried to assist you with your situation but unfortunately, the terms set by Premium Credit are out of our remit. We have always used the services of Premium Credit Ltd to fund the policies paid monthly and we do advise customers of this via the application process.
