Good afternoon
I am sorry that you are not happy with the recent service between ourselves and Premium Credit Ltd. We have always used the services of Premium Credit Ltd to fund the policies paid monthly and we do advise our customers of this via the application process. The £10 administration fee is applied for customers who do not sign the credit agreement and they do advise customers of this fee within their emails. Once the agreement has been signed, it is not a requirement to sign it again at each renewal, unless the direct debit mandate has been cancelled.
If you wish to remove Premium Credit Ltd from this arrangement then the only other option available would be to pay the annual premium in full by either a credit or debit card. Should you wish to arrange this, then please call our administration team.
I do hope that if you require our services going forward that you will be more impressed and this situation can be redeemed. In the meantime, if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0121 308 8685.
