This is certainly not how we would wish any client to feel. With many of the probate cases that we handle, we present clients with two routes to sell, one through auction and one through the traditional route of putting homes on the open market. We endeavour to convey full transparency on the respective pros and cons of each and apologise if the differentiation between the valuations was not communicated clearly enough, leading to confusion. We will pass your comments to the valuer so that we can ensure the differences between the selling options are fully explained at all times.In the case of your property, we believed it would achieve the best price via an open market sale.
