I am sorry to learn you have been disappointed with the Wallflowers and hope you will accept my sincere apologies. As they are supplied as 24 plug plants they will be small on arrival, however they should not have arrive in such poor condition. I have arranged for a replacement pack to be sent out to you later this month, I am confident you will not be disappointed again. With regards to your Strawberries I have been unable to locate any orders under your address details for these and apologise for any disappointment. ~ Regards Faye

I am really sorry to learn that your Campsis Indian Summer failed to arrive. On looking at your order I can see that you contacted us on 08/09 to notify us it had failed to arrive and our dedicate Customer Care Team replaced the plant for you, which is due to go out later this month. ~ Regards Faye
