How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Plants are O.K. Vanilla is producing new growth. Vanilla Fraise is losing its leaves but is probably entering its dormant phase. The buds seem firm and o.k. at present.
