Please note that should you wish to discuss your concerns, you can contact our Customer Services Department on 02920 468 900 from Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm, we also operate on Sunday 10am-5pm.

Rubbish I have attempted to email you 6 times and every time I get an automated we can't help you please phone ! Well unfortunately I do not have time nor wish to pay stupid amounts to call you to get a ******* sort code an account number in which to pay ! ****** off now ! I'm sure you'd be the same when it comes to payment an I haven't made it lol!!

I have tried to contact you today to discuss the concerns that you have raised, unfortunately the mobile number provided on your application is unavailable and the landline number provided does not have a voicemail facility. I am sorry that I have missed you.

I have today sent confirmation of our bank details to the address that you have provided, with instruction of how to make payment to V12 Retail Finance, please allow 5 working days for our communication to reach you.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the concerns that you have raised directly with you, please provide a time that would best suit you between the hours of 9am and 5pm and I will contact you on the landline number provided on your application.

In the meantime, please accept my apology for any inconvenience that this matter has caused you.
