Dear Mr Frost,

I am sorry that you have had reason to contact us regarding this matter, your dissatisfaction has been raised to our Complaints Department in order to investigate your concerns.

A member of our Complaints Department will contact you within the next 48 hours to discuss your concerns. In the event that we are unable to discuss your concerns with you, your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 5 days of the date that we received your complaint and a resolution will be provided within 56 days from the 21 November 2016.
