I am sorry that you have had reason to contact us regarding this matter. I have tried to contact you this morning to discuss your concerns, but unfortunately I was unable to reach you.

I am sorry to hear of the experience that you have had with Home Leisure Direct, please note that a complaint has been raised with our Complaints Department who will investigate your concerns and contact Home Leisure Direct with the aim of mediating a suitable resolution for you.
