I've had to reduce my rating because of the confusing communications. You tell me that I'm due to give you my first-meter reading, thereby inferring that I am a customer yet you fail to recognise me as a customer when I try to 'e' mail you.

Hi Mr Ball .We send an email 5 days before the supply joining us requesting a meter reading to be submitted to provide customers enough notice so they can provide us their opening reading in time. We also aim to respond to emails with 3-5 working days to which we believe we have achieved with yourself. Thank you and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further queries.
