We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used and of course this would depend on the location, weight of the package etc. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use. We're always looking for ways to improve, and this is something we'll definitely look further into whilst reviewing our international customers’ experience. We would recommend double checking with a few couriers for different pricing. You only need to ensure the parcel is tracked, not expedited. In regards to the fitting issues you did have, we are very sorry to hear about this. . Different brands, and even styles within the same brand, may fit differently depending on your individual breast shape, tissue softness, and even down to the fabrics and dyes used in the bras. Trading Standards state that the average lifespan for a bra is 6 months, when cared for properly (hand wash, line dry, and worn in rotation with a number of other bras after being properly fitted), so any faults within this time of the order being placed can be refunded accordingly. Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more!
