Unites components are some of the best in the country, I have pedals, stem bars & top cap they a all made perfectly & work brilliant especially the pedals which are the best I’ve ever used.
The page indicates that international shipments are through the Courier UPS, but it was sent by ordinary mail and without a tracking number.
1 month and my order still does not arrive,

We use a number of different couriers for different locations https://uniteco.bike/delivery/ we always send with a tracked service were possible but in Chile unfortunately it's not possible with Royal Mail. If you would have contacted us regarding the item not been delivered we would have refunded you, we have now refudned you!
