Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant stay. All apartments within the building have their own unique layout and configuration to suit a vast range of guests. The price you paid reflects the demand in the area as well as the season (December being the highest). We offer one complimentary interim clean per week however this did not apply to your booking as your stay was shorter than 7 days. Our colleague at reception offered out of goodwill to change the bedding and to provide you with fresh towels to which you declined. We have someone at reception Monday to Friday to assist you with anything you need and we are on hand 24/7 to help you. The 'money gouging' I believe you are referring to is a. the fully refundable security deposit and b. the option to purchase small accident cover should you have wanted it.
