Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

There's no express delivery if UK Pets keep using Evri

This company uses Evri for express delivery. Even though my order was dispatched fast, I received my parcel one week later. Paying for express delivery wasn't worth it.

Now 20 days after I ordered medication for my cat Ned. You have managed to send me yet another email to ‘review my purchase’ that still hasn't been received. Im guessing you will refund the delivery costs and compensate me for the £80 it cost to go back to the vets to get some interim medication? Needless to say, you wont be able to compensate Ned for the stress or discomfort he has experienced through this period! Totally unacceptable……
