Thank you for your comments. However, the problem with the Web is that the price advertised on the web are not always the delivered price. Some companies have hidden or other extras that are added on. As we have a price promise we constantly check our prices against other competitors to make sure that we are offering value for money. In this instance we have done the same and found that there is a web site which sells this fabric for £12.50 a mt on the face of it this is cheaper then our price. However for your order we offered free delivery. As you are in Guernsey the delivery price from the web site who are selling this product cheaper for £12.50 would be £30.00. In addition we also sent you one extra metre free of charge (as part of an offer we were running at the time). If you take the delivery cost and the extra one metre in to consideration you will find that our prices are equally competitive. On the other hand if you are not satisfied with our reply above, we do run a price promise and if can demonstrate that you are able to buy the same fabric cheaper please call us and we will refund you the difference. Unfortunately we don't offer next day delivery on any of our products. Our delivery times are stated on our about us page and we have never made a commitment to deliver the next day. We are sorry that you feel that because the delivery is £6.95 the dispatch should be the next day. However although a cheaper option would be to send it out by post its not secure. We are charged £6.95 by the couriers and we do not add anything on but pass this charge across to you as is. The delivery charge is clearly stated on our web site as is the expected delivery date. We are sorry that you feel unhappy but delivery costs and times are not something we are able to improve on. However on purchases of £100 or more we offer free delivery.
