The service was very poor they constantly changed delivery dates and when delivery did happen nobody checked afterwards if everything had gone ok would not use again

We are sorry to hear that you feel we have provided a poor service and we will take on board your comments. I can see from our records that we did encounter delays in production on your new vehicle which always creates concern and we do try our very best to manage our customer's expectations and keep them informed as much as possible. Part of our service is to ensure that all of our customers receive a courtesy call on the day of or the day after delivery to ensure that delivery went OK and an introduction to our in-life team. Please accept my apologies that this did not happen. I will email you directly to discuss this.
