Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your honest review, Gavin. I can completely understand what you're saying with regards to being fed up with filling out reviews, and I apologise if we have annoyed you with our request. As a business, we care a lot about our customers and the service we offer. For this reason, we are always looking to gather feedback (good or bad) to allow us to see what we are doing well, and what areas we need to improve on. If you would like to stop receiving review requests, there should be an "opt-out" option somewhere in the email you received which will stop Feefo from being able to send out messages to you in the future.
