I am very sorry to hear you are disappointed with both our service and your Golden Lily Turtle Mat. Checking our records it would seem that your complaint did not get passed on to us from our customer service team, my apologies that this was the case - I will follow this up with the team as we want all our customers to be happy with their Turtle Mats and am disappointed this has not been your experience. With regard to the mat, if you feel it is not working as it should for you please return it to us, as it may be that it is faulty and we can either organise a replacement or refund accordingly. Thank you for your feedback regarding the service you received with your order. Sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience. Looking into your order, it was shipped by Royal Mail the day after it was placed, so the unacceptable delays seem to arise from the delivery service. We are working to get a trackable postal service in place so that in future this should not happen. However, our customer service team should have been clearer that it can take up to 10 days to arrive so I will be discussing this with them to ensure that we provide clearer more helpful information in future.
