So sorry to hear that you are still waiting on your order placed in April. I understand that my colleague Heather has express shipped a replacement out today so it should arrive with you by Monday at the latest. Your original order was dispatched by Royal Mail two days after you placed your order. Currently, however, this is not a trackable service and it seems to have gone missing. We are working to get a tracked facility in place to ensure this does not happen in the future. If however your original order does turn up please keep it with our compliments and apologies. Is good I think. I'm not sure how much dirt it's trapping (the previous owner's carpet has already had it!!) but I look forward to it saving our new carpet... I'm not sure yet how good at trapping...
