You have BUG in your software.
You have swapped my Login ID with my password. Now, when I attempt to login, my password shows up, plain as day. Then my login id shows up in the password slot. How in the world could this happen?

Fast, courteous service.
Greeted me when I came in the door, helped me with my request immediately. I literally walked in the door and to the counter, no waiting. I might have spent a total of 4 minutes in the bank.
