Hi Sarah. Thank you for your feedback regarding your online experience and sorry to hear of the difficulties you encountered on this occasion. Just to follow up from my colleague, Carolyn's reply, I can confirm we have been aware of an issue with our website's search box which has now been resolved and now displays the product you purchased from us in the search results. Regarding the Captcha security code issue, we were also aware of a bug with this, in which it was removing all previously entered details if the code entered was incorrect. This has also now been fixed so that you do not have to re-enter details when an incorrect code is entered.
