How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Frank said about Tripster:

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I went to redeem my ticket for the pink jeep tour in Sedona. The pink jeep employee could not locate the reservation. I called tripster and the rep said they indeed were able to...

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. It's unfortunate, as the Pink Jeep tour did advise us they did not have availability for the same day booking as arrival. We apologize for the issue and are working with the company to address the management of availability. We appreciate you sharing your experience and do show a full refund was issued.

It not only bundled nicely the attractions I wanted to see but it did it without me having go do anything but click to add. Tripsters got my vote.
