Unfortunately, the show prepares the meal in advance prior to your arrival and will not offer refunds after date has passed. We apologize that this may have caused any inconvenience.

Booked tickets for 12pm. Tickets confirmed, but time was 2pm. Didnt ask if new time was OK, just took my money. When I calledthey said they had hard time getting that time so gave me next available...

Tipster should have asked if new time was acceptable, not just booked it and DID NOT EVEN NOTIFY ME OF TIME CHANGE. I found out when trying to enter. At least notify me of time change. You could do better
