We are sorry for any confusion. We show that you made this purchase online yourself. Our system requires you to select which tickets you would like for each individual attraction, lists the policies of each product you're purchasing, and makes you note that you read such policies before ever inputting your credit card information. You would have had to add the Ripley's tickets to your cart for the second purchase and agreed to all of the terms. We don't keep your credit card information on file for your protection and there is no way for us to charge a card without the details. We're sorry for any confusion in regard to what you purchased. We appreciate your feedback.
