Never had any problem, we have used Travelzoo prior and always easy to use voucher
The imperial suite was really nice. A hunch of girl friends came up for a mini getaway and really enjoyed our stay at Peppermill. The $50 resort credit made our steak dinner very affordable.
Staff was delightful. Ordered a sushi dish not on the menu -Chirashi - and the chef did a wonderful job preparing this for me. Carrot and ginger soup specila was also excellent. Will return.
