We fully recognise your concern about travelling given the current unrest in the Middle East. According to Qatar Airways’ travel advisory, the flights affected were between 28 February and 3 March. In light of this, we must adhere to the airline’s policies when processing cancellations or amendments. With this in mind, we are able to offer you the following options: Option 1 – Rebook Your Tickets Free of Charge If you intend to travel once the airspace reopens, please provide your preferred new travel dates. We will amend your booking in line with the airline’s policy and within the permitted travel period at no additional cost. Option 2 – Rebook with a Different Airline or Destination Should you prefer to travel with a different airline, we can apply the value of your original booking toward new tickets. Please note that any fare or tax difference will need to be paid if applicable. Additional services purchased with your original booking such as extra baggage or seat selection cannot be transferred to a new booking with a different airline. Option 3 – 100% Refund as a Credit Voucher You may opt to receive a credit voucher for 100% of your flight value. In the event you choose the option3, then please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for the refund or credit voucher to be processed and issued via email. The credit voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue on our website. It is non-refundable and non-transferable and may be used toward flights, hotels, or holiday packages. Please note that certain booking elements may remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation, whether voluntary or due to airline disruption.
