Dear Zoonash, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write to us. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your recent experience. Regarding the reissue fee, we would like to clarify that there are costs involved in the process of changing a booking. However, in your case, the change fee and difference in fare were not charged because the airline altered the flight timings. Our standard administrative fee is £100.00 per person. Since the flights were cancelled by the airline, we only charge a reduced fee of £50.00 per person. Regards,Travel Trolley
