Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

UPDATE: To my great surpise, following my earlier feedback as part of this review process I was contacted by the agent's supervisor, Reeshah, and she advised me she would take over my booking with my permission. What a breath of fresh air! Reeshah has kept me informed and has worked hard to resolve my issues. I appreciate good service and it's likely I will use her again.
