He has also referred me to your flight and hotel booking section.
I left numerous messages once cruise was booked as the beverage package wasn't listed on my booking, it took 3 days for this to be responded to and 6 days to get a response

Only dissapointment is that as soon as we booked deals came out with the $1 drink packages.
