Trafalgar Reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your comments regarding the itinerary and are pleased that the Menin Gate Ceremony and visit to the Vimy Ridge Memorial were such meaningful highlights of your trip. We are sorry that the Coach Driver’s appearance did not meet the professional standards you had come to expect from your previous Trafalgar experiences. We also regret the communication difficulties at the beginning of the tour and understand how receiving inconsistent information can cause confusion and frustration. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the limited time available for lunch and the incorrect information provided about the lunch stop. We are also sorry that you were unable to spend more time at the Juno Beach Museum, particularly given your willingness to pay the entrance fee yourself. We understand why this was disappointing, especially when visiting places of such historical and personal significance. Your feedback regarding the Coach Driver’s presentation, communication, itinerary timings and opportunities to visit important sites will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We recognise the importance of allowing guests sufficient time to appreciate these destinations, particularly those that hold such deep meaning. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We are sorry that aspects of the tour fell short of your expectations, while recognising the lasting significance of your visit to Vimy Ridge and the Menin Gate Ceremony.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly as this was your second tour where the guidance fell short of the standard you had hoped for. We understand your frustration with the pace of the sightseeing, as moving too quickly between attractions can limit the opportunity to fully appreciate each destination. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cost of food and understand the importance of feeling that the overall experience offers good value for money. Your feedback regarding the quality of the guidance, the time allocated at each stop and dining costs will be shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you for taking the time to bring these concerns to our attention.
