A good blend of history and culture
Excellent service, however the bus was showing signs of needing service. Some of the optional meals were not as good as I expected, but on the whole good.

We understand the importance of our Travel Directors in making any trip successful, and we take great care in training them to ensure they can manage our departures effectively. While we understand that missing out on your pre-planned activity was disappointing, we recommend that our guests refrain from booking and paying for Optional Experiences independently, as our itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Regrettably, because these Optional Experiences are booked with third-party companies, we need to adhere to their booking conditions. We sincerely apologise if this caused any inconvenience. Despite the Optional Experience and hotel incident, we are happy you enjoyed your overall experience. We hope to see you again with a much-improved service.
