Unfortunately, on occasion, our trips may be withdrawn if they do not reach minimum numbers, however these trips are listed as Not Definite at the time of booking to prepare our guests for this possibility. We would like to apologise for any inconveniences that this may have caused. We were also disappointed that you may not have received details of the additional sightseeing that you may have been able to undertake whilst on the Footsteps of the Incas, we will look into your booking further to ensure this is not repeated. It was wonderful to receive your praise for our Travel Director and Local Guides, and we hope that you enjoyed your vacation.

We do our best to prepare our guests for the day to day activities by listing the details in our itinerary, we also try to provide a certain amount of free time in most locations to allow our guests to tailor their vacation to suit their needs and to visit sites that perhaps may not be included in the itinerary or to undertake the Optional Experiences. Nevertheless, we regret that you were disappointed that the itinerary did not include a visit to the Statue of David whilst in Florence. It was wonderful to learn that aside from this you did enjoy the rest of the trip.

It was truly disappointing to learn that your recent Trafalgar guided vacation did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback relating to the accommodation and meals and have relayed it to our Quality Control team to review. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience that incorporates sightseeing with accommodation of a high standard and meals that sample the local cuisine whilst still catering to the different tastes of our guests.
